Where to find your reference
Your application number appears at the top of the confirmation email sent when you submit, in the format ALF-2026-000123. The same reference is visible in your dashboard under Applications.
What you can see
- Current stage — preparation, submitted, in review, decision
- Documents received, pending or needing revision
- Messages from your assigned agent
- Appointment details where biometrics are required
